Item Description

An exceptionally fine combination example of a rarity from the famous Kelly: turquoise-blue to powder-blue, banded, botryoidal aurichalcite in a curved crust is richly peppered with tiny, gem-like, "rice grain" smithsonite crystals, so named for their elongated shape. This is a beautiful piece, deep in color and classic for the locale, but rare in specimens of this size and quality. Ex Jaime Bird Collection. Valued at $500-600.
