A wonderful plate of crystallized vivid pink triclinic blades of Rhodonite forming a great overall display piece. The crystals have excellent luster and amazingly, the piece is in amazing overall condition, with virtually no damage, save the periphery where the specimen was removed from the pocket. The largest crystal measures 8 mm, which is about average size for the locality. It has a bit of three-dimensional form and overall visual appeal as opposed less striking "lumps" that are more common from this locality. Valued at $1000-$1200.
