Item Description

A colorful and eye-catching specimen of Rhodonite from the famous find at San Martin a few years ago. This specimen hosts a few aggregates comprising, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, vibrant pink color, bladed crystals of Rhodonite associated with minor rhombohedra of Calcite and modified Pyrite crystals on matrix. These Rhodonites are amongst the finest crystallized examples of the species in the world, and always highly valued when well-crystallized like this. I have photographed the crystals under the microscope to show that they are truly terminated, and exquisite quality up close
