Crystallized rhodochrosite from the world famous stalactitic cave rhodochrosite deposits are EXTREMELY RARE! Sharp, lustrous, trigonal, pretty pastel-pink rhombohedrons, to 5 mm, totally cover the banded, variable pink, sculptural, triangular small cabinet matrix. The interior is pristine. The bit of noted periphery wear where it was detached from the pocket is certainly acceptable in the context of this fine rarity. Ex Dr. Vasco Trancoso Collection. A MUST for the species or locality collector!
