Item Description

Visually impressive plate of sparkly balls of drusy and gemmy Rhodochrosite in combination with two rare Shigaites. The largest of the Rhodo balls is 1.7 cm across, and they all display quite well. Of greatest interest, and value, is the the Rhodochrosite/Shigaite combination. The Shigaite crystals are a little over 1 mm across and have a very sharp hexagonal habit. Overall, this is really quite a stunning piece for its aesthetics, color, and association. Rarity of the species, its a bonus
