Item Description
Sparkly ball of drusy and very gemmy Rhodochrosite in combination with Shigaite crystals. The ball of Rhodo is 1.5 cm across, and removed at the base. Of greatest interest, and value, is the the Rhodochrosite/Shigaite combination. The euhedral Shigaite crystals are 1mm or less, but easily seen with the eye and have a very sharp hexagonal habit. Fascinating, and attractive. Overall, this has good aesthetics, color, and an important association.
