An aesthetic and excellent thumbnail rhodochrosite from the famed 1980 find at this noted locale. The sculptural, intergrown, lustrous, translucent, pretty rose-red rhombs are beautifully accented by the single tiny quartz point pointing upward on the front. The display view is pristine and has lightly frosted faces. It is very hard to tell, if any of the side or back faces are cleaves. Highly desirable and uncommon rhodo.
