A rich, showy and uncommon combination from this less well-known Peruvian locale. Sparkly, nubby aggregates of translucent pastel-pink rhodochrosite rhombs form a sculptural mounded 3-dimensional plate. Scattered quartz points and a couple of white, nubby, calcite rhomb aggregates are a fine accent. Quartz and calcite are rare from this locale, especially with rhodochrosite. A very choice and rare combination piece for the locale from the Art Soregaroli Collection.
