Item Description

A rare, rich and showy combination specimen from this well-known underground tin mine. Sharp, pastel-pink rhodochrosite rhombs with a light iron oxide-coating fully cover the scuptural, undulating specimen. Two clusters of very thin, pyrrhotite blades are a rare and excellent compliment to this fine combination from the Bob Trimingham Collection. The bit of periphery wear to the rhodos and pyrrhotites is certainly a modest detraction. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
