A beautiful and striking, 1.0 cm perfect ball of pretty pastel-pink, lustrous, translucent, flattened rhodocrhosite rhombs is artistically set atop the mounded matrix of rhodochrosite, sphalerite and quartz points. A striking and exceptional combination miniature from the famous and ancient polymetallic mines of the Madan ore field. Probably from the less well-known Batantsi Mine, known for good rhodochrosite specimens. Choice material from the W.S. Logan Colletion X60-7.
