Item Description
Gemmy, translucent, rose-red, rhodochrosite rhombs are festooned on the front of the starkly contrasting mound of chalk-white matrix partially covered by dark sulfides. The rhombs reach about 7 mm on the diagonal. Two spots of modest bruising are noted on the rhodo field, which is certainly a very modest detraction.
