Item Description

Shimmering, translucent, rich rose-red, bladed spherical aggregates of flattened rhodochrosite rhombs form a very rich, excellent and uncommon specimen from this well-known locale. Most rhodos you see from here are pure botryoids, without bladed crystals. One spot of bruising and the bit of perphery wear on one edge are certainly only modest detraction to this fine rarity.
