Item Description

Mineral specimens of ANY species are rare from this obscure wolframite deposit. This impressive sharp rhomb has juicy, cherry-red color and high luster. The top face is terminated, one end is contacted and the other three faces are cleavages. The crystal GLOWS with bright saturation, when backlit. Rare and desirable Japanese rhodochrosite. It was priced at $200 at Tucson this year and traded to us.
