Bright, beautiful, rich pastel-pink, nubby knobby aggregates of glassy flattened rhodochrosite rhombs are very aesthetically clustered midships on the rolling sculptural matrix covered with glassy quartz points. The cluster is 3.0 x 2.8 cm. This is a classic, very fine and typical association from this well-known Peru district. Choice material from the W.S. Logan Rhodochrosite Collection # 32-8. The piece displays well without aid.
