Sunnyside Mine rhodochrosite and quartz specimens are a Colorado classic and this is a very fine and aesthetic small cabinet. Lustrous, pastel-pink, flattened rhodo rhombs are dramatically scattered on the sculptural matrix covered with tiny quartz points. Adding much pizzazz are patches of hard-to-see, water-clear fluorite cubes, that have bright purple fluorescence. Excellent material valued at $800-1000.
