Sparkly, pretty pastel-pink rhodochrosite richly encrusts the sculptural layered quartz matrix on this colorful and excellent example from the famous Cassandra Mines. The rhodo appears as crusts, nubby stalactites or as nifty elongated stalactites in a vuggy area on the side. Classic and showy two-sided rhodochrosite from Macedonia.
