Item Description

This large thumbnail well-represents the famous Rhodochrosite on Quartz combinations from Peru. The Rhodos are gemmy and light red, and the well-formed main crystal is about 5 mm. All the Rhodos share a similar luster and color, and they are intergrown with gemmy to translucent Quartz crystals. Rhodo/Quartz combinations from Pasto Bueno are simply hard to find
