Pretty, pastel-pink, rhodochrosite botryoids to 1.4 cm richly and attractively cover the sculptural quart-rich matrix on this showy and excellent, two-sided specimen from the well-known Madem-Lakko Mine of Greece. The quartz crystals are up to 1.7 cm long and are a very nice accent. Pieces from this locality are seldom-seen on the American market. Displays well without any aid.
