Item Description
Gorgeous, gemmy, rich cherry-red, rhodochrosite scalenohedrons form a beautiful thumbnail from the famous late 1970s finds. The two sidecar crystals are pristine and the tip of the large crystal is cleaved. The lower front of the piece is contacted against other rhodos, with no damage. This remains a very showy and highly representative example, with first-class color, from this famous find. Ex Minette Collection.
