Item Description

Pretty rose red lustrous and translucent intergrown rhodochrosite rhombs form an aesthetic thumbnail from this well-known Peruvian locale. The 8 mm quartz point at the top is a super accent. Rhodo of this style and quality is uncommon from the Santa Rita Mine and is probably from the early 1990s finds. Ex Larry Krause Collection.
