A fabulous halo of pastel-pink, bladed, rhodochrosite rosettes encircles a metallic-bright, melted-look, cuboctahedral galena crystal. Off to the side is a striking, stacked cluster of brassy, pyrite crystals flanked by glassy, colorless calcite rhombs. The matrix stalk is a quartz stalactite comprised of water-clear needles with more accenting pyrite clusters. This is a competition-level combination miniature from this historic locale.
