A superb, aesthetic and rare combination miniature from this famed 1980 find at this noted locale. A classic, 1.7 cm, lustrous, bi-colored (gemmy cherry-red outer and translucent pastel-pink inner) stepped-growth rhodo rhomb is exquisitely perched on the quartz point matrix. Strikingly capping the piece are a cluster of silky, very light blue fluorite cubes and a 1.7 cm quartz point. Rhodo-fluorite combos were RARE from this find, especially in this quality. This is a competition-level miniature from this famous mine. Bright blue-purple fluorescence. Valued at $1250-1500 and well worth it.
