An adorable, rich and uncommon combination small cabinet plate from the famed Sweet Home Mine. The highlights are the beautiful, classic, well-placed, 6 mm on the diagonal, gem rose-red rhodochrosite rhomb, striking 2.3 cm long needle quartz crystal in the front, rich scattering of fluorescent violet fluorite cubes and the 1.3 cm long, uncommon platy hunberite crystal in the front. The sawed sulfide and quartz matrix is totally covered with small quartz points. Classic and excellent combination material from this renowned locale. This fine piece dates to the mid-1990s and has a $500 price label on the lucite base.
