Item Description
For those who don't know, Richard Kosnar mined the Sweet Home for a few years during the late 1970's and managed to collect some excellent Rhodo specimens. This piece is from one of the last pockets that Rich opened before he was finished mining. This piece is a nice association specimen from the mine that produced the world's finest quality Rhodochrosites. This piece features translucent, pink crystals of rhombic Rhodochrosite up to 4 mm which are associated with Tetrahedrite, Quartz, Pyrite and Galena.
