From the famous Colorado collection of Richard A. Kosnar. The Sunnyside mine has produced some very well known Rhodochrosite specimens in its history. This piece is a very attractive, sharp, bright pink colored Rhodochrosite rhomb forming an attractive little thumbnail specimen. The Rhodo has good luster with that classic color that is well known from the Sunnyside mine. A nice specimen for any collector of Rhodochrosites or specimens from Colorado.
