Scintillating spherical aggregates of pretty pastel-pink rhodochrosite rhombs fill a well-placed, 5.0 cm vug in massive sulfide matrix on this striking and very attractive specimen from the famous Potosi Mine at Santa Eulalia. The quality of these glassy, gemmy rhombs is very high from this locale. Outstanding older material from the Consie Prince Collection. Valued at $200-300.
