Item Description

A classic old time Wulfenite from the famous Wolf Mine featuring gemmy, orange-pink, sharp, lustrous scalenohedra of Rhodochrosite on oxidized manganese matrix. The largest crystal measures 5 mm. The piece comes with an historic label from the legendary mineral dealer, Hugh A. Ford. Since the label has Ford's New York address it dates to 1946-1957.
