Rhodochrosite from the famous Sunnyside Mine is a Colorado classic and this is a very fine, large, single rhomb. The very sharp, highly lustrous, opaque, rhomb has pleasing pastel-pink color. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, the contact on the base is out-of-sight. An excellent thumbnail rhomb from an advanced thumbnail collection.
