Gemmy, translucent, pretty rose-red rhodochrosite rhombs are beautifully set in a forest of quartz points on this very fine and aesthetic combination specimen from the renowned and closed Sweet Home Mine. The large rhomb is 1.8 cm on the diagonal and is pristine. All of the rhombs have lightly frosted faces. The other two rhombs are cleaved on the periphery, but are certainly only a modest detraction to this most excellent Sweet Home combination specimen.
