Jagged parallel-growth ridges of drusy pastel-pink rhodochrosite microcrystals richly course across the calcite vein section on flattened matrix on this fine, showy old-time small cabinet specimen from the famous Broken Hill deposit. The brown alabandite is a nice accent. Classic and excellent combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
