Item Description

The Uchucchacua mine has produced some of the finest quality Rhodochrosite specimens around. Their attractive crystals combined with rich pink and red colors make for some beautiful display specimens. This thumbnail size specimen hosts a few sharp, well-formed, pink color rhombohedral crystals of Rhodochrosite measuring up to 1.0 cm across free matrix. An elegant little thumbnail of this well-known material from Peru.
