Rhodochrosite

Item Description

A large, solid, pristine plate of very nice pastel pink rhodochrosite. Such large rhodos are not common from this locality - which has produced rhodochrosite of a number of styles in small pockets hit intermittently over the years. This is a pleasing, pastel color but with rich intensity, not pale at all. And the overall sinuous form of the plate makes it aesthetic, not just big and boring
