Item Description

The Uchucchacua mine has produced some of the finest quality Rhodochrosite specimens around. Their attractive crystals combined with rich pink and red colors make for some beautiful display specimens. This small cabinet size specimen hosts a few sharp, lustrous, gemmy, reddish-pink color modified scalenohedral crystals of Rhodochrosite measuring up to 1.0 cm on matrix. The largest Rhodochrosite crystal has a ding on the back side of the termination.
