Item Description
Rhodochrosite from Brazil is VERY rare, and seldom seen. A small trickle of specimens has come out of this old manganese mine over the years (and I DO mean small and sparse! I have seen very few at any show at one time). This is actually a rather large specimen for the locality. It has a few very minor abrasions (white spots) but in the large surface area, and with its good 3-dimensionality, I can overlook those in the larger context to own a goodsized rhodo from Brazil.
