Item Description

A nice association specimen of the classic Huaron Rhodochrosites. This piece features small, very pale-pink colored, tightly intergrown crystals of Rhodochrosite forming little semi-spherical groups that almost looks like "roses" up close measuring up to about 1.2 cm across, associated with tiny metallic grey cubic Galena and gemmy green Sphalerite matrix. For reference, due to the light color of the Rhodochrosite, there is probably a bit of iron content, as it's trending towards Siderite. From the worldwide Rhodochrosite collection of Dr. William S.
