Item Description
A fantastic looking reticulated cerussite small cabinet from famed Tsumeb. The stunning architecture of the bridge girder-style form is a joy to behold. The classic adamantine lustre of the included translucent gray blades plus the striking width of the blades, to 5.7 cm!, adds real character to this piece. Backlighting highlights the small interior blades, adding even more drama. The noted periphery wear and contacting are certainly only modest detractions. Ex Bob Reynolds Collection, a well-known fossil and mineral expert and Curator of the San Bernardino County Museum. He passed away in 2020. A classic, artistic and remarkable Tsumeb cerussite.
