Item Description
A GEM of a deal of two bi-colored, red gem tourmalines from the recent January, 2011 find at the famous Cruzeiro Mine! The limpid bodies are a pleasing cranberry-pink and the complex pinacoidal terminations are cranberry-red, like famous Jonas Mine tourmalines. The terminations and bodies also have inclusions of lighter pink tourmaline. The crystals are the same length and both are pristine. One has cleavelandite and a single lepidolite at the base and the other has contacting at the base, but no damage, per se. Red tourmalines have always been very highly desirable and here is your chance to get a PAIR of real beauties from a recent find. 34.93 carats (nearly 7 grams) total weight. 20.39 and 14.54 carats each. This was ONE pocket. This is an excellent PAIR from this find and should not sell cheaply.
