Red Beryl (doubly-terminated)

The beautiful, aesthetically placed, 1.7 x 0.7 cm, doubly terminated crystal has gorgeous violet-red color and glassy luster. The termination area is quite gemmy and portions are included with rhyolite. This is an excellent matrix small cabinet of the rarest of beryl species. There has been very little recent production from this famous locale. In fact, almost none. And there will never be much more, I would bet. This fine small cabinet is intense, sharp, and complete. Valued at $2000.
