Item Description
A showy and aesthetic red beryl crystal cluster from Utah. The two-tone crystals have high luster. The termination of the large crystal is raspberry-red with the body and the small crystal being a gorgeous black cherry-red color. The crystals are quite gemmy and portions have embedded rhyolite, including part of the termination. The back and base are contacted, but there is really very little damage, per se. A highly representative thumbnail of the rarest of beryl species. There has been very little recent production from this famous locale. In fact, almost none. And there will never be much more, I would bet. This fine, sharp aesthetic thumbnail has intense two-tone color. 5.4 carats or just over a gram.
