Item Description
Rare, highly desirable, sharp and juicy, burnt-orange, barite blades are included with realgar on this superb and aesthetic specimen from Romania. This striking cluster is pristine and the blades reach 2.5 cm. The color is very intense. These trickled out in the 1970s and 80s, with none since. Ex Howard Belsky Collection. Howard started as a mineral dealer at age 13 in 1972, became a sophisticated dealer and died tragically at age 28 in 1987. His collection recently became available to us through his family.
