Item Description

A classic association specimen from the Cordillera Mine featuring several small, lustrous, gemmy, light reddish-brown, monoclinic blades of Raspite which are associated with small yellow Stozlite crystals and bright green Cuprian Scheelite (possibly Cuprotungstite). The piece probably dates back over 50 years, and is one of the few of it's kind that I have handled. There are only a few locailties for Raspite in Australia, and the association with the other two species is certainly notable.
