Item Description
A RARE, LARGE and beautiful gem cushion-cut cats eye tourmaline from the famed Himalaya Mine. The striking lined cats eye effect on the yellow-green crystal is very dramatic and lights up under bright light. This large gem, at 51.43 carats, would make an outstanding and rare piece of jewelry or as an exceptional and rare cut gem crystal collectable. This superb example was formerly in the Bill Larson/Pala International Collection and dates from the 1980s when he was mining there. It was valued by Bill at $100/carat for extreme rarity and very high quality (retail: $5143).
