Item Description

Highly desirable, very rare, translucent, glassy, vivid blue, cuprian adamite crystal clusters are richly and aesthetically scattered on the contrasting gossan matrix on this outstanding piece from the Consie Prince Collection. These turquoise-blue adamites, with crystals to 3 mm, were found once in a small 1988 find at the famous Mina Ojuela. The cluster of calcite rhombs is a super accent. Very, very seldom on the market and you can see why. HIGHLY VALUED by those who seek the rarities from this famous mine, and unique in the world for its color in adamites! A significant find, as even the vein and mine level are known.
