Quartz with Siderite (excellent) Herb Obodda Coll.

Item Description

A very aesthetic and sculptural, two-sided cluster of glassy, sharply terminated quartz crystals from the famous Nikolaevskiy Mine. The crystals strongly resemble pointed wheat sheaves and some are doubly terminated. One side is very nicely accented with several puffballs of bladed siderite. This fine piece is a near floater, with only one point of attachment on a lower corner. Pristine, except for a gently bruised siderite ball, which is mostly out of sight. Choice and uncommonly fine Dalnegorsk quartz from the Herb Obodda Collection # 1169.
