Quartz with sand inclusions

Quartz is one of the most "inclusion friendly" gems out there. This stone is a unique and eye-catching stone featuring water-clear, colorless Quartz which is filled with "cloud"-like "tufts" of pink-brown sand inclusions. The gem has a "Flat Pear Cabochon" cut. One could spend a good deal of time studying the inclusions as they almost look organic in appearance. I have seen several of these gems marketed as having inclusions of Native Silver, but this is not the case. A cool inclusion stone that is priced just right around 50 cents per carat for the starting bid.
