Item Description

An impressive large combination plate from this ancient mining district and the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Glassy, sharply terminated, light gray quartz crystals to 3.8 cm are peppered with mirror-bright, brass-yellow pyrite crystals. Sparkly, secondary drusy quartz covers some of the quartz points. Showy and excellent large combination material from modern mining operations. Valued by Herb at $650, five or more years ago.
