Item Description

Specular hematite and hematite "kidney ore" combination specimens from the old iron mines at Cleator Moor are rather uncommon. Groups of iridescent specular hematite blades richly and attractively cover the bubbly, botryoidal, rust-red kidney ore, studded with gemmy, lustrous bipyramidal Quartz crystals. Classic, old-time, very uncommon and showy combination material.
