Quartz with Fuchsite ''phantom''

A lovely thumbnail sized example of these now well-known, yet fairly hard to find (much less available these days) specimens featuring a WATER CLEAR crystal of Quartz included with a distinct trigonal green "phantom" of Fuchsite (a chromium-bearing variety of Muscovite Mica). The key to the piece is that the phantom is sharp and distinct, and the Quartz itself is complete all around, save the base where it detached from the matrix, but there is a small nick near the termination. These are some of the most distinctive Quartz crystals from any locality in Madagascar, which is really saying something considering how many different styles of Quartz there are in the world, and host many different minerals can be found included inside of it.
