Item Description

This Quartz-Epidote specimen from an obscure location in Namibia is dominated by a duo of colorless transparent, parallel growth Quartz crystals. The two dominant and very lustrous crystals are 6.3 and 6.1 cm in length, respectively. There are a couple of small, sidecar crystals on the left side of the piece and all of the Quartz crystals have small clusters and isolated crystals of lustrous, green Epidote crystals distributed near the center and bottom portion of the crystals and there are even numerous Epidotes included in the Quartz in places for great effect! The bright, prismatic Epidote crystals are from 2 mm to 1 cm in length. The points of all of the Quartz crystals are perfectly intact!
