Quartz with Calcite (ex Brian Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

A great display specimen of scepter Quartz crystals from the famuos Camp Bird mine in Colorado. The Quartz crystals are really sharp, with a milky white appearance, and are translucent when backlit, but the real character of the piece comes from a selective deposition / coating of white sparkly Calcite. The piece is complete on the display side and is in great condition overall. Former Brian Kosnar collection specimen.
